PARK AND APPROVE FINAL DESIGN OF THE MURALRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve an agreement with the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians (ContractNo. 2487) to develop and maintain a mural on the water tank at Rudy Ortega Park;b.
